I’m the Studio Production Intern for the Washington Commanders, working across podcast, social media, and television production to create and distribute engaging content throughout the week.

 

In my current role, I serve as the Producer for the Booth Review and Fletch, Friend, and Friends podcasts, while also working as an Assistant Producer on the Commanders’ flagship show, Command Center, and The Gameplan, the team’s official game preview show with Head Coach Dan Quinn.

I also manage video and audio for nearly all Commanders press conferences throughout the week, gaining experience in the fast-paced, deadline-driven environment of professional sports media.

 

My experience has given me the opportunity to work across multiple forms of storytelling while collaborating with talent, producers, and creative teams.

I graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2025, earning my B.A. in Journalism Mass Communications. During my time at Carolina, I had gained opportunities to work with Gamecocks+ and Gamecock Football with Coach Beamer to edit video highlights used in post-football game shows. Additionally, gained valuable experience from a sport management perspective, working the 2024 and 2025 Masters Tournaments in Augusta Georgia.

 

I’m passionate about sports media, storytelling, and creating content that connects with audiences. I’m excited to continue developing my skills as a producer and building a career in sports and entertainment production.
